Chicken Lettuce Wraps

This is a simple recipe that’s really fun for older kids — they can assemble their own wraps and roll them up like a taco or a burrito. Of course, the rice and filling can be served with a bowl and spoon instead of with the lettuce leaves, which I recommend for younger eaters.
