This is one of my favorite quick pasta dishes because it’s really easy (jarred sauce for the win!) yet has tons of flavor thanks to the Italian sausage. It’s also a delicious way to serve fresh spinach— just cooked so it’s tender, and salted on its own so it’s as tasty as can be. Serve everything together, or set aside the individual parts with a bit of sauce for little ones to dip.

Wash peppers. Older kids can stir the pasta as it’s cooking / stir pasta sauce as it heats.
