I’m always on the hunt for new Asian dishes that come together quickly and don’t require a ton of special ingredients. Enter this recipe for Chicken Chow Mein, which comes from one of my favorite recipe blogs, RecipeTin Eats.
The genius of this one is that it uses ramen noodles, which cook up in a jif, and pre-packaged cole slaw mix— no chopping! The recipe said it would take 12 minutes, and I think it took me about 20— a little longer, but still very quick!
Oh, and it tastes great, too.
Quick Chicken Chow Mein
Serves: 4
Cook time: 20 minutes, start to finish
