I’ve found it— the absolute best possible chicken + pasta combo. Herb-coated, pan-sauteed chicken is smothered in a cheesy, garlicky cream sauce with Tuscan herbs, fresh spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. It’s a dream.
This meal will take about 45 minutes, start to finish, and serves 4-6 people. The ingredient list is a little long, but it’s mostly from the spices being used for the chicken as well as the sauce, and everything comes together in no time. Don’t skip the balsamic vinegar— it adds a bright tang you’ll definitely miss otherwise.
